Defendants Fernandez and Friederichs have requested a sixty-day extension of time, up to

and including August 20, 2013, for all Defendants to file a dispositive motion. The Court finds

19

good cause for the motion and grants it.

Any opposition by Plaintiff to Defendants’ dispositive motion shall be filed and served no

21

later than thirty days from the date Defendants’ motion is filed. Defendants shall file a reply brief

22

no later than fifteen days after Plaintiff’s opposition is filed.

23

Further, in the event that Defendants’ dispositive motion is denied in whole or in part,

24

Defendants will file an Answer to Plaintiff’s second amended complaint within 30 days of the

25

Court’s ruling on Defendants’ dispositive motion.
