Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed petition for writ of habeas corpus

pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On October 4, 2013, this court issued an order to show cause.

(Docket No. 4.) On February 3, 2014, respondent filed a response to the court’s order to show

19

cause. (Docket No. 9.) Petitioner has filed a motion requesting an extension of time until April

20

7, 2014 to file a traverse due to his limited access to the prison’s law library. (Docket No. 12.)

21

As petitioner’s traverse is currently due no later than April 4, 2014, petitioner’s motion is

22

DENIED as unnecessary.

This order terminates docket number 12.
