1 2 3 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 4 NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 5 SAN JOSE DIVISION 6 7 FINISAR CORPORATION, Case No. 13-cv-03345-BLF Plaintiff, 8 v. 9 10 NISTICA, INC., ORDER REGARDING REDACTION OF ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART MOTIONS TO STRIKE PORTIONS OF EXPERT REPORTS Defendant. United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 [Re: ECF 344] The Court has filed its order on the parties’ motions to strike portions of expert reports 13 under seal because it contains information that the Court previously allowed to be filed under seal 14 due to their highly confidential and business sensitive nature. See e.g., ECF 337. This order will 15 be separately transmitted to the parties in this case. The order filed under seal contains highlighted 16 portions that are potentially sealable under the Court’s past sealing orders. The parties are ordered 17 to meet and confer and by no later than December 8, 2015 and submit proposed redactions to the 18 Court’s order (to the extent any further redaction is required), as well as a supporting declaration 19 and proposed order. The parties are also encouraged to inform the Court if any portion that is 20 already highlighted does not need to be redacted and are reminded that redactions are to be 21 narrowly tailored. If no proposed redactions are received by 11:59 p.m. on December 8, 2015, the 22 Court shall unseal the order in its entirety. 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 Dated: December 1, 2015 25 26 27 28 ______________________________________ BETH LABSON FREEMAN United States District Judge
