ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE COMPLAINT AND IN FORMA PAUPERIS APPLICATION. The Court construes Plaintiff's recent filing as an intent to proceed and sua sponte GRANTS him an extension of time to file a proper complaint and IFP appl ication. Plaintiff shall submit the required documents within twenty-eight (28) days of the date this order is filed. Failure to file respond in accordance with this court order in the time provided will result in the dismissal without prejudice of this action without further notice to Plaintiff.
