Plaintiff Pauline K. Partti moves to continue the trial date from November 16, 2015, to on

or about June 16, 2016, and to extend discovery, which closed on May 15, 2015, to March 16,

2016.1 Because Defendants Palo Alto Medical Foundation and Sutter Health Mills-Peninsula
23
Health Services did not timely oppose,2 the motion is GRANTED as unopposed. Trial is continued
24
to June 20, 2016, the pretrial conference is continued to June 7, 2016, and the November 10, 2015
25
motion hearing is vacated.
