Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus

pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On April 8, 2014, the court dismissed the petition with leave to
19
amend. (Docket No. 6.) The court directed petitioner to file an amended petition within thirty
20
days. Petitioner has filed a motion for an extension of time to file an amended petition. (Docket
21
No. 8.) Petitioner’s motion is granted. Petitioner shall file an amended petition no later than
22
thirty (30) days from the filing date of this order.

This order terminates docket number 8.
