Re:
Matthew Campbell, et al. v. Facebook, Inc.
Case No. 13-05996-PJH
Dear Ms. Heuerman:
Further to our recent telephone conversation, at your request Plaintiffs are
hereby withdrawing their Notice of Motion to Consolidate and Appoint Interim Counsel that
was filed on March 24, 2014. (Dkt. No. 19.) This March 24 Notice was inadvertently filed via
ECF as a new Motion, rather than as a Notice of Motion linked to the Motion to Consolidate and
Appoint Interim Counsel that Plaintiffs previously filed on March 21, 2014. (Dkt. No. 18.)
In accordance with instructions from chambers, and to eliminate any possible
confusion or burden, Plaintiffs are withdrawing the March 24 Notice and re-filing it via the ReNotice utility on ECF (Dkt. No. 20).
Should there be any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact me.
Respectfully yours,
Nicholas Diamand
