Pursuant to the Court’s order dated November 23, 2016 (Dkt. No. 221), the parties provide a

2

brief report and update to the Court. After an in-person mediation with Randy Wulff on December 7,

3

2016, which followed several mediation sessions with Cathy Yanni at JAMS and several follow-up

4

discussions, the parties were able to reach a settlement-in-principle in this case. The parties are in the

5

process of preparing a written settlement agreement and motion for preliminary approval of the

6

settlement, which they intend to submit to the Court on or before February 15, 2017.
