Each of Plaintiffs’ claims against Facebook fails to state a claim upon which relief can
be granted.

Plaintiffs lack statutory standing to assert a claim under California’s Unfair
Good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.
Facebook’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Consolidated Amended Complaint is
GRANTED; and
2.
All claims for relief against Facebook are hereby DISMISSED with prejudice and
without leave to amend.
