(“Facebook”) was heard on September 17, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. by this Court. Having 3 considered all papers filed in support of and in opposition to the Motion, oral argument of counsel, 4 and all other pleadings and papers on file herein, the Court finds as follows: 5 6 1. Each of Plaintiffs’ claims against Facebook fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. 7 2. 8 Competition Law. 9 10 11 12 13 Plaintiffs lack statutory standing to assert a claim under California’s Unfair Good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. Facebook’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Consolidated Amended Complaint is GRANTED; and 2.
