PROCEEDINGS
Case Management Conference-Held. The deadline to amend the pleadings is
3/31/15. If new information is disclosed in discovery a future amendment will be
permitted. The court approves an early motion for summary judgment. The summary
judgment motion and class certification motion shall be filed by 10/14/15; oppositions
shall be filed by 12/16/15; replies shall be filed by 1/20/16 with a hearing to be noticed
for 2/17/16 at 9:00 a.m.
The parties are notified that class action settlements must comply, to the extent
feasible, with the Procedural Guidance for Class Action Settlements found on the list of
Judge Hamilton's Standing Orders and on the District Court's website under
Forms/Guidelines.
REFERRALS:
[x] Case referred to (random) Magistrate Judge for Discovery. A discovery conference
shall take place within 30 days. The parties shall contact Judge Hamilton's courtroom
deputy if they cannot get a conference within 30 days.
