Before the Court is the parties’ May 6, 2014 Stipulation to Continue the Case Management

Conference and Other Deadlines. The Court has considered the stipulation in light of its current

15

calendar, and ORDERS as follows:

16

1. The May 20, 2014 Case Management Conference shall be taken off the calendar.

17

2. Plaintiffs’ deadline to file their Opposition to Facebook’s Motion to Dismiss shall be

18

extended by twenty-eight (28) days, to and including June 10, 2014, and Facebook’s

19

deadline to file a Reply shall be extended to and include June 24, 2014.

20

3. The Court shall hear oral arguments on the Motion to Dismiss on Thursday, August 14,

21

2014, at 9:00 A.M., in Courtroom 3 on the Fifth Floor, United States Courthouse, 280

22

South First Street, San Jose, California, 95113.

PURSUANT TO THE PARTIES’ STIPUATION AS MODIFIED, IT IS SO

ORDERED.
