(“DMM”) and Defendants, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN 3 DEVELOPMENT (“HUD”) and SHAUN DONOVAN, Secretary of HUD (collectively 4 5 6 referred to as “Federal Defendants”) do hereby agree and stipulate that on May 1 , 2014, at :00 .m., in Courtroom 6 of the U.S. District Court, San Jose Division of California 7 located at 280 S. First Street, San Jose, CA 95113, or such other date as the Court may 8 9 select, the motion for preliminary injunction filed by Plaintiffs shall be heard.
