The parties shall file an updated Joint Case Management Conference Statement on or before February 13, 2015. In addition, the court notes that Plaintiff filed a n Amended Complaint on August 7, 2014 (Docket Item No. 11), and that Defendants have filed new motions to dismiss directed at that pleading.
