Plaintiff Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant STMicroelectronics S.r.l.

(“Defendant,” and collectively, “the parties”), by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby

stipulate as follows:

WHEREAS, on June 15, 2015, Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal
Jurisdiction (“Motion”), noticed for hearing on August 28, 2015;
WHEREAS, under Civil L.R. 7-3, the due date for Plaintiff to file an Opposition to the

Motion would be June 29, 2015, and the due date for Defendant to file a Reply in support of the

Motion would then be July 6, 2015;

WHEREAS, the parties agree that extending the deadlines for the Opposition and Reply to

10

the Motion would allow the parties to fully brief the issues and provide the Court with sufficient

11

time to evaluate the motion papers prior to the hearing;

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the
undersigned, subject to the approval of the Court, that:
