An initial case management conference was held on February 25, 2015. A further case
management conference is set for July 1, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. The parties shall file their joint case
management statement by June 24, 2015.
The parties shall file a stipulation to dismiss defendant “ACE USA” without prejudice by
March 6, 2015.
The parties are hereby referred to private mediation with a 90-day deadline. By March 13,
2015, the parties shall select a mediator and mediation date.
