1 WHEREAS,

A Settlement Conference is scheduled in this matter for June 30, 2015 at

3 9:30 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Nathanael M. Cousins;
2.

This Court previously ordered that a Settlement Conference was to be

5 held on or before June 30, 2015;
3.

There is a hearing on a Motion to Dismiss brought by Defendant

7 SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. scheduled for August 27, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.;
4.

The parties are currently engaged in good faith settlement discussions

9 and would like additional time to pursue those discussions outside of Court without

10 incurring the additional time and cost expenditures necessary for a Settlement
11 Conference at this time;

The parties have contacted the Courtroom Deputy to the Hon. Judge

13 Cousins to request August 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. for the rescheduled Settlement
14 Conference date/time so that it may be held on the same day as the hearing for
15 SunTrust Mortgage, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss;

The parties therefore respectfully request a continuance of the Settlement

17 Conference to August 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
18 IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED:
The parties agree to continue the Settlement Conference to August 27, 2015 at
