(“Exterro”) hereby stipulate and 24 jointly request that the Court reschedule: (1) the ADR Phone Conference currently set for June 25 29, 2015 at 11:30 a.m.; and (2) the Case Management Conference currently set for July 2, 2015 at 26 1:30 p.m. Unfortunately, as currently scheduled, the ADR Phone Conference overlaps with a 27 previously-planned vacation of eBay’s counsel, while the Case Management Conference overlaps 28 with a previously-planned vacation of Exterro’s counsel. The parties further request that the Court continue the Case Management 3 Conference until July 16, 2015, or such other time as is convenient for the Court.1 4 Neither of the parties have previously requested time modifications in this case. The 5 Court, acting sua sponte, previously rescheduled the initial case management conference. See 6 Dkt. 20.
