By October 30, 2015, Plaintiff Sebastian Brown Productions, LLC (“Plaintiff”) shall serve
initial disclosures or confirm with Defendants Muzooka, Inc., Shawn Wilson, Chester Aldridge,
and Ivory Octaves, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”) that Plaintiff has already served initial
disclosures.
