IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

In light of a December 8, 2015 settlement reached between Plaintiff Alto Velo
23 Racing Club ("AVRC") and Defendants Rouleur Sports Group LLC and Bobby Sweeting, the
24 complaint is hereby dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and attorney's
25 fees; and

Because there are no other claims asserted in this case other than AVRC's
27 complaint, the entire case is dismissed with prejudice.
