The above-entitled action is scheduled for a Trial Setting Conference on August 18, 2016.

Based on the parties’ Joint Trial Setting Conference Statement, the court has determined an

appearance is unnecessary at this time. Accordingly, the Trial Setting Conference is VACATED

and the parties are ordered to comply with the following schedule.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in light of the agreement to permit Plaintiffs leave to file
18
an amended complaint, the parties shall file a stipulation and proposed order on that topic on or
19
before August 25, 2016.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the court adopts the parties’ agreement to extend the
21
deadline for completion of fact discovery. Accordingly, that deadline is extended to November
22
30, 2016.
