Accordingly, the Trial Setting Conference is VACATED 16 and the parties are ordered to comply with the following schedule. 17 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in light of the agreement to permit Plaintiffs leave to file 18 an amended complaint, the parties shall file a stipulation and proposed order on that topic on or 19 before August 25, 2016. 20 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the court adopts the parties’ agreement to extend the 21 deadline for completion of fact discovery.
