PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff Sabrena Alias, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil

Procedure 41(a)(1), hereby voluntarily dismisses Defendant GMAC, as to all claims in this action.

Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1) provides, in relevant part:
