Plaintiff filed this action against Defendant on August 4, 2015 and served
23 Defendant on or about August 20, 2015.

Defendant’s initial deadline to respond to the Complaint is September 21, 2015.

Plaintiff has agreed to extend the time for Defendant to respond to the Complaint
26 up to and including November 5, 2015, so that Defendant may have additional time to investigate
27 this matter and the parties may explore the possibility of settlement.
