On September 10, 2015, Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed a petition for
18
a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 and an application to proceed In Forma
19
Pauperis (“IFP”). On January 13, 2016, the Court denied Petitioner’s IFP application and
20
directed him to pay the filing fee within twenty-eight days or his case would be dismissed.

Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to pay the filing fee.
The deadline has since passed, and Petitioner has failed to respond.
