The docket reflects that Plaintiff effected service of process on Defendant North Valley
14
Collection Bureau (“Defendant”) on December 14, 2015, see POS, ECF 60, and that Defendant
15
has not filed a responsive pleading. Plaintiff SHALL FILE a request for a Clerk’s entry of default
16
against Defendant on or before July 28, 2016. If Plaintiff does not file a request for a Clerk’s
17
entry of default within the time provided, the Court will presume that Plaintiff does not intend to
18
proceed against Defendant and will dismiss the action against Defendant North Valley Collection
19
Bureau for failure to prosecute.
