$23,125.00 (25% of the Gross Settlement Amount) to be paid from the Settlement Fund pursuant

to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 23(h) is reasonable in light of the relevant factors and

comparison to the lodestar multiplier based upon the hours spent in prosecuting this case. The

request for an award of attorneys’ fees in the amount of $23,125.00 is GRANTED.

Class Counsel’s request for an award of litigation cost reimbursement in the

amount of $3,042.66, to be paid from the Settlement Fund pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil
6
Procedure Rule 23(h) is reasonable and the funds were necessarily incurred in the prosecution of
7
the case. The request for cost reimbursement in the amount of $3,042.66 is GRANTED.
