No. 12 13 In this personal injury case that appears to have identical claims to an earlier 14 dismissed case, No. 15-cv-4828 PSG, plaintiff Villanueva is ordered to show cause why 15 the case should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and as time barred. 16 He is also ordered to report the status of the state court cases he attached to his complaint: 17 Villanueva v. Harper, 115-cv-276372; Villanueva v. Unknown, 115-cv-277178; and 18 Villanueva v. Santos, 115-cv-277320.
