(“Pyramid”) and Defendants, by and through their respective 3 undersigned counsel of record, submit the following stipulation and proposed order: 4 WHEREAS, on October 29, 2015, the action captioned Beltran v. TerraForm Global, 5 Inc., et al. (“Beltran”) was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of 6 California; 7 WHEREAS, on November 5, 2015, the action captioned Pyramid Holdings, Inc. v. 8 TerraForm Global, Inc., et al.
