United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 Pursuant to Habeas Corpus Local Rule 2254-6(b), the Court hereby orders Respondent 13 Kamala Harris to answer the petition for habeas corpus. Respondent shall serve and file her 14 Answer, and all accompanying materials as defined in Rule 2254-6(b), no more than 60 days from 15 the date this Order issues. 16 Petitioner shall have 30 days from the date of Respondent’s Answer to file with this Court 17 a Traverse, pursuant to Rule 2254-6(c).
