The following presumptive limits on discovery shall 6 apply, absent further order of the Court: (1) 25 interrogatories per side, (2) 10 depositions 7 per side, and (3) 10 Requests for Admissions per side. The Court is willing to raise the 8 number of RFAs allowed if any authenticity issues arise.
