It appears to this court that plaintiffs did not properly meet-and-confer about this dispute

before filing their unilateral letter. Their request for an order precluding defendants from

proceeding with the Evolve and Baron depositions is denied. The parties shall work cooperatively

and in good faith with one another and witnesses in scheduling the depositions.
