EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS, INC., United States District Court Northern District of California Defendant. 12 13 14 On April 20, 2017, Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement with Experian Information 15 Solutions, Inc. (ECF 33), stating that the parties expected to finalize a settlement within thirty 16 days. More than thirty days has elapsed and Plaintiff has neither filed a notice of dismissal nor 17 indicated that additional time is necessary to finalize the settlement. Plaintiff is hereby ordered to 18 show cause in writing and on or before June 16, 2017 why the Court should not dismiss Experian 19 Information Solutions, Inc. If Plaintiff fails to respond within the time provided, the Court will 20 presume that Plaintiff has resolved all claims against Experian Information Solutions, Inc. and will 21 issue an order of dismissal without further notice. 22 IT IS SO ORDERED. 23 24 25 26 27 28 Dated: May 26, 2017 ______________________________________ BETH LABSON FREEMAN United States District Judge
