The Court having issued an order granting Plaintiffs’ motion for default judgment (Dkt.
No. 68), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that:
Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff A.C.G. and against Defendant Enrique V. Villa in
20
the following amounts: (1) compensatory damages of $750,000 and (2) punitive damages of
21
$250,000.

Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff A.D.G. and against Defendant Enrique V. Villa in
23
the following amounts: (1) compensatory damages of $750,000 and (2) punitive damages of
24
$250,000.

Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Cirina Justo Mariano and against Defendant
26
Enrique V. Villa in the following amounts: (1) compensatory damages of $299,200 and
27
(2) punitive damages of $250,000.

Plaintiffs shall also be awarded attorney’s fees in the amount of $309,040 and costs in the
2
amount of $5,171.19. Judgment issued in favor of the minor children, A.C.G. and A.D.G., will be

held for them in trust and administered independently in their best interests until they reach the age
4
of 20.
