No. 68), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that: Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff A.C.G. and against Defendant Enrique V. Villa in 20 the following amounts: (1) compensatory damages of $750,000 and (2) punitive damages of 21 $250,000. 22 Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff A.D.G. and against Defendant Enrique V. Villa in 23 the following amounts: (1) compensatory damages of $750,000 and (2) punitive damages of 24 $250,000. 25 Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Cirina Justo Mariano and against Defendant 26 Enrique V. Villa in the following amounts: (1) compensatory damages of $299,200 and 27 (2) punitive damages of $250,000. 28 1 Case No.: 5:16-cv-03467-EJD JUDGMENT 1 Plaintiffs shall also be awarded attorney’s fees in the amount of $309,040 and costs in the 2 amount of $5,171.19. Judgment issued in favor of the minor children, A.C.G. and A.D.G., will be 3 held for them in trust and administered independently in their best interests until they reach the age 4 of 20. 5 6 7 IT IS SO ORDERED.
