On August 10, 2016, Plaintiff filed a letter that was construed as an action pursuant
17
to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 1 (Docket No. 1.) On the same day, the Clerk sent Plaintiff a notice
18
that he had not filed an In Forma Pauperis (“IFP”) application or a proper complaint, and
19
they needed to be filed within twenty-eight days or else the case would be dismissed.
20
(Docket Nos. 2 & 3.) The deadline has passed and Plaintiff has not filed the required
21
documents. Accordingly, Plaintiff’s case is DISMISSED.
22
The Clerk shall terminate any pending motions and close the file.
