United States District Court Northern District of California Defendant. 12 13 14 Experian Information Solutions, Inc. is the last defendant remaining in this action. On 15 April 20, 2017, Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement with Experian Information Solutions, Inc. 16 (ECF 56), stating that the parties expected to finalize a settlement within thirty days. More than 17 thirty days has elapsed and Plaintiff has neither filed a notice of dismissal nor indicated that 18 additional time is necessary to finalize the settlement. Plaintiff is hereby ordered to show cause in 19 writing and on or before June 16, 2017 why the Court should not dismiss Experian Information 20 Solutions, Inc.
