appearance is unnecessary at this time. Accordingly, the Trial Setting Conference is VACATED

and the parties are ordered to comply with the following schedule.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request to extend the case management deadlines by

90 days is GRANTED. The parties shall file a stipulation and proposed order on or before

September 1, 2017, describing the amended schedule. The proposed amended schedule should

Court specifies otherwise. On the date set for jury selection, counsel should be prepared to
