EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS, INC., United States District Court Northern District of California Defendant. 12 13 14 On April 14, 2017, Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement with Experian Information 15 Solutions, Inc. (ECF 50), stating that the parties expected to finalize a settlement within thirty 16 days. More than thirty days has elapsed and Plaintiff has neither filed a notice of dismissal nor 17 indicated that additional time is necessary to finalize the settlement. Plaintiff is hereby ordered to 18 show cause in writing and on or before June 29, 2017 why the Court should not dismiss Experian 19 Information Solutions, Inc.
