UNITED LEGAL GROUP, et al., Defendants. 17 On May 30, 2017, this court issued an order to show cause directing plaintiff Steven 18 Koghan to appear in person on June 13, 2017, 10:00 a.m. and show cause why this case should not 19 be dismissed for failure to prosecute. (Dkt. 29). The docket indicates that notice of the show 20 cause order was sent to plaintiff by both the court and his former counsel of record. Plaintiff 21 having failed to appear at the show cause hearing, this case is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 22 Plaintiff’s former counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order on plaintiff and to file a 23 proof of service with the court.
