Defendants also request that they permitted to file a combination opposition to Plaintiff’s 21 summary-judgment motion and cross summary-judgment motion. After full consideration, and 22 good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the motion is granted. Plaintiff must file and serve a 23 reply and opposition to Defendants’ motion no later than twenty-eight days from the date 24 Defendants’ motion is filed. Defendants shall file a reply brief no later than fourteen days after 25 Plaintiff’s opposition is filed.
