Pursuant to the parties’ resolution of this litigation and as memorialized by the parties in

a written agreement, Plaintiff HENRY MUSE (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants CITY OF DEL REY

OAKS, RONALD LANGFORD (“Defendants”), by and through their respective undersigned

4

counsel, hereby stipulate and agree to entry by the Court of an Order for Dismissal With

5

Prejudice of this entire action, with the Court retaining jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the

6

parties’ settlement, should that become necessary. The parties shall bear their own respective

7

attorneys’ fees and costs.
