United States Department of Homeland Security, Case No. 17-cv-05235 MEJ (the “Multi-State Action”) 22 • Dulce Garcia v. United States of America, No. 3:17-cv-05380 JCS (the “Garcia Action”) 23 24 25 26 27 28 On September 18, plaintiff the City of San Jose moved to relate its case, City of San Jose v. Trump, Case No. 5:17-cv-05329 HRL (the “San Jose Action”), to the above cases, and all parties have since stipulated that the San Jose Action should be related. The undersigned judge finds that City of San Jose v. Trump, Case No. 5:17-cv-05329 HRL is related to the above cases, and shall be reassigned to the undersigned judge. The parties are instructed that all future filings in the reassigned case are to bear the initials of the newly assigned judge immediately after the case number. Any case management conference in any 1 reassigned case will be rescheduled by the Court. Unless otherwise ordered, any dates for 2 hearing noticed motions are vacated and must be re-noticed by the moving party before the 3 newly assigned judge. Any deadlines set by the ADR Local Rules remain in effect, and any 4 deadlines established in a case management order continue to govern, except dates for 5 appearance in court, which will be rescheduled by the newly assigned judge. 6 7 A case management conference in all related cases will be held on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 AT 10:30 A.M. 8 9 IT IS SO ORDERED. 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 12 Dated: September 20, 2017.
