Dkt. No. 20. The Court further referred the 16 matter to mediation to be held remotely upon notice of the remote settlement meeting having been 17 completed. Neither party has filed a Notice of Need for Mediation or any indication that the 18 settlement conference took place. 19 THE COURT hereby issues an ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE why Plaintiff’s claims should 20 not be dismissed for failure to prosecute, pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil 21 Procedure. 22 23 24 25 If Plaintiff fails to file a written response to this order to show cause by September 25, 2020, the case shall be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
