The settlement agreement between Plaintiff Albert Zacholl ("Plaintiff") 3 Determination, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 5 and defendants Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. and Countrywide Bank, FSB, 6 formerly known as Countrywide Bank, N.A., erroneously served as Countrywide, 7 N.A. (individually and collectively, "Countrywide") was made and entered into in 8 good faith within the meaning of California Civil Procedure Code Section 877.6 and 9 Tech-Bilt, Inc. v. Woodward-Clyde & Associates, 38 Cal. 3d 488 (1985); 10 Bryan Cave LLP 120 Broadway, Suite 300 Santa Monica, California 90401-2386 2.
