ORDER: The (Doc. 85 ) Motion to Enforce Settlement and Dismiss Entire Action with Prejudice is granted. No later than 14 days from the date of this Order, Defendant shall pay Plaintiff the sum of money stated in the Memorandum of Settlement and file a notice with the Court certifying that the money has been paid.
