JUDGMENT OF FORFEITURE (Re Doc. 22 ): It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Joint Motion is approved. The parties have agreed to a settlement. $13,652.00 of the defendant currency shall be forfeited and condemend to the United States pur suant to Title 21, United States Code, Section 881. Judgment shall be entered in favor of the United States on its complaint. $4,500.00 of the defendant currency shall be returned to Claimant Rene Camacho-Garcia, through his attorney of record, Richard M.
