FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL granting Plaintiffs' #7 Motion for Final Approval of Class Settlement, Entry of Final Judgment and Order Dismissing Action. This action is dismissed w/ prejudice as to Plaintiffs and all Settlement Class Members. Without affecting the finality of this Judgment and Order, Court retains jurisdiction over, inter alia: a.) interpretation, implementation and enforcement of the settlement and the payments to be made under the settlement, b.) hearing and determination of applications for Class Counsel's attys fees and costs, and Plaintiffs' incentive award, and c.) enforcement and administration of the Agreement.
