MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER. Having considered all the evidence, Court finds Ms. Harmony has not met her burden of proving the market value of the easement. Based on the evidence, Court concludes the easement is properly valued at $3,000 and t hat Ms. Harmony is entitled to just compensation in that amount.
