ORDER Remanding Case to State Court and Mooting other Pending Motions: Because the Court lacks subject -matter jurisdiction, Plaintiff's Motion to Remand to State Court is GRANTED. The case is REMANDED to San Diego County Superior Court under 28 U.S.C. 1447(c). Plaintiff's request for attorney's fees is DENIED. All other pending motions are DENIED as moot.
