IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

A jury trial in this matter is set for December 10,2013 at 9:00 A.M. in

Courtroom 14B.

The briefing schedule for the parties' motions in limine and/or Daubert

motions is as follows: the parties shall file and serve their moving papers on or before

August 5, 2013; the parties shall file and serve their responses on or before August 19,
