ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S EX PARTE MOTION TO CONTINUE EARLY NEUTRAL EVALUATION CONFERENCE & FOR INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE TO APPEAR TELEPHONICALLY

On July 26, 2010, Defendant Scribd, Inc. filed an ex parte motion to continue an Early Neutral Evaluation Conference ("ENE") scheduled to be held in this case on August 4, 2010 and for Scribd's insurance carrier's representative to appear telephonically at the ENE. (Doc. No. 24.) Lead counsel for Defendant is unavailable to attend the ENE on August 4, 2010 due to a scheduling conflict. The Court, for good cause shown, grants Defendant's ex parte motion and continues the ENE to September 30, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Parties shall submit their confidential ENE statements no later than September 23, 2010. Additionally, the Court finds good cause to grant Defendant's ex parte motion for its insurance carrier's representative to appear telephonically at the ENE. Scribd's insurance /// ///
