ORDER SCHEDULING SETTLEMENT DISPOSITION CONFERENCE
The Court held an Early Neutral Evaluation Conference on September 30, 2010, at which the case settled. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. A Joint Motion for Dismissal must be electronically filed on or before October 29, 2010.1 On the same day the Joint Motion for Dismissal is filed, the proposed order for dismissal, for the signature of the Honorable Larry Alan Burns, must be emailed to the chambers of the Honorable Bernard G. Skomal.2 2. If a Joint Motion for Dismissal and proposed order for dismissal are not submitted on or before October 29, 2010, then a Settlement Disposition Conference will be held on November 1, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. before Judge Skomal.
